    How long does a website take?

    A one-page Basic site is usually ready in about a week. Business sites take about two weeks, and Signature sites take two to three. The biggest factor is how quickly we can pull together your photos, text and feedback, and I'll make that part easy.

    Do I need to write the text or provide photos?

    It helps if you can, but you don't have to. I can write clear copy based on a short conversation, and I'll help you plan simple photos you can take with your phone. Stock photos are available where they fit.

    I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?

    Often, yes. The free website check will show whether a few targeted fixes would be enough or whether a fresh build makes more sense. You'll get an honest answer either way.

    Will I own my website?

    Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and the site and its content are yours. If you ever leave, I'll hand everything over.

    What does the Care Plan cover?

    It keeps your website online, secure and backed up, and covers small changes each month, like new hours, prices or specials. Just send me a text or email. It's optional, and there's no contract, so you can cancel any time.

    How do payments work?

    Half when we start and half at launch. Care Plans are billed monthly. No long-term contracts.
